From First Email To Delivery

How A Packaging Job Runs

The work is calmer when the practical pieces are named early: product size, quantity, artwork, delivery postcode and deadline. If your launch date is fixed, tell me that first, not last.

01

Brief

Email the product size, likely quantity, pack use, deadline and delivery postcode. A photo with a ruler beside the product helps more than a long moodboard.

02

Shape Check

Beth checks stock shapes first. Mick gets involved when a size is awkward or a previous supplier’s tin needs matching without copying another brand’s pack.

03

Samples

Current tin shapes can be posted as a £18 sample pack, credited against a first order over £350. Collection from Walsall is by appointment only.

04

Artwork Proof

A signed proof is required before print. Colour is matched to coated Pantone references where possible, but metal and varnish can shift the final tone.

05

Production

Plain stock moves quickly. Labelled, sleeve, box and litho jobs only start once proof approval and the right payment stage are in place.

06

Delivery

Own-van delivery covers roughly 35 miles of Walsall. Pallets go across mainland UK at cost. The unit near Reedswood Retail Park is not always staffed for drop-ins.

Send This First

A Short Email Beats A Half-Finished Form

There is no contact form because most packaging jobs need a little context. Send the real details and Beth can usually tell whether stock, labelled or litho is the sensible route.

Delivery

Walsall Collection Or Mainland UK Pallet

Own-van delivery is available within roughly 35 miles of Walsall, usually £18-£55 depending on size. Pallet delivery is arranged across mainland UK at cost. Customer collections are from a small unit near Reedswood Retail Park and must be booked because the team is often out with suppliers.

If a cheaper route will do the job, Beth will say so.
