Belly Bands
Printed bands for tins, soap stacks and confectionery sleeves where the base pack is doing most of the holding.
Beyond The Tin
A good tin can still need a band, sleeve, tissue wrap or rigid box to explain the flavour, hold a set together or make a shelf line feel giftable. B.G. keeps this practical: enough finish to help the product sell, not foil and fuss because a brochure said premium.
Printed bands for tins, soap stacks and confectionery sleeves where the base pack is doing most of the holding.
Uncoated board sleeves for candle tins, tea sampler runs and visitor-shop gift pairs.
Small-run gift boxes for hampers, candle sets and confectionery assortments that need a firm presentation pack.
Fill for hamper boxes and gift sets, priced with the pack so the colour, volume and protection suit the products inside.
Light wrap for tins, soaps and small gift sets where the unboxing needs a little finish without adding a rigid insert.
Simple branded seals for sleeves, tissue and box closures, matched to the order rather than priced as a separate standing item.
Quoted Extras
Shredded paper is quoted by fill volume, printed tissue by sheet size and sticker seals by seal size. Beth prices these with the sleeve or box so the finishing pieces match the order rather than carrying a made-up standing price.
Seasonal Planning
For Christmas gift sleeves and rigid boxes, start artwork in August and expect print windows to tighten by late September. For Mother’s Day, January artwork is safer than a February panic.
Boxes and sleeves usually need 4-5 weeks after proof approval.
Seasonal belly bands can work faster, but only if board and cutters are already sensible.
Material Tone
Most B.G. packaging sits best on uncoated board, kraft stock or a soft-touch laminate with restrained colour. Foil is not banned, but Beth will ask what it is doing for the product before adding cost, lead time and recycling awkwardness.
Bundled Quote Examples
Uncoated sleeve, single design, sized around a stock candle tin. Good for first wholesale tests and market sets.
